Arsenic Lullaby X-MAS CARD / Coloring contest

And the winner is…

First a round of applause and thanks to everyone who entered. Nice work all of you. The rest of you can go right to the devil.

Voting was tight…really tight, like everyone was within three points of each other when all was tallied up, so everyone should be proud of their efforts. and everyone who participated will be getting a 5.00 coupon code to the
Arsenic Lullaby Online Store!

(by the way, coupon code – humbug- is still good for 20% off your entire order, even though the Holidays are over because…I haven’t had time to figure out how to remove it)

Also let’s thank this years sponsors for their generous donations!

""

WORLD OF STRANGE

""

CHRISTOPHER HERNDON ART

and thanks to this years Judges for their time and expert insight.

""

One particular contestant not only colored the image, but redrew it herself! That is a hell of a lot of effort and skill, don’tcha think? To put that kind of time and care into it…what can I say….

""
Emly Kazmir Elric

HOLD ON A MINUTE…the rules clearly state that contestants were to download and color a predrawn card.

""

This is not Vietnam, there are rules. DISQUALIFIED! GTFO!

…disqualified from the grand prize that is. It wouldn’t be fair or in the spirit of things to put her entry in the running with people who didn’t sign on for a contest that required drawing anything, yet not rewarding such effort seems unfair as well. So we put our heads together and decided THIS year each judge will award an extra prize of their choosing, to go to someone who’s work demanded reward based on each judges own personal opinion/ their personal favorite.

I will list those bonus winners first!

Erika’s bonus winner is Weeping horse
""

Dan’s bonus winner is Laura Odenbach

""

Douglas’ bonus winner is Tiny Leonardo
""

Herndon, Joseph, and Kristina’s all picked Emly as their bonus winner!

""

and honorable mentions go to Hannah Marks and Peter Mawhinney, and Joshua Chung, because I said so.

 Now then…

THE RUNNERS UP
(runners up receive a copy of Terra Tempo by Christopher Herndon and a preliminary sketch of a Krampus illustration by me)
