…and that’s the facts Jack

If this caught you flat-footed then you missed the previous Blog leading up to this announcement, you can find that at this link

http://arseniclullabies.com/wordpress/?p=943

The only new information I have for you is that our segment is “locked in” for episode no.7 of Trip Tank. It’s a roughly three minute long short, from a past issue. Any more info beyond that will require you to watch that episode. As far as I know right now that will be sometime in April

There is a full sneak preview of the pilot episode at this link

http://on.cc.com/1bH38ZN

NOW THEN..HERE IS WHAT ARSENIC LULLABY NEEDS FROM YOU…

1-Keep in mind that my job was to write the script, I do not know what it looks like, I do not know if they used A.L. versions of the characters or made them completely different. Either way this is a great step forward. I know we all want our favorite comics to look and feel exactly like they do in comic book form when they get to a different medium i.e. movies, T.V. But those mediums are different, and have more than one person working on them. These guys all seemed to know what’s what and were concerned first and foremost with funny. Any changes they made were with what they think will translate the best to “funny” on fully animated T.V. as part of a larger show with a specific mood/rhythm in mind. If it turns out they deviated too much for you liking then the best way to see future A.L. stuff on this show that is closer to A.L. the comic book IS TO FOLLOW THE NEXT TWO STEPS.

2-WATCH THE SHOW AND RAISE HELL ABOUT IT. This means tell your friends, post on the internet ect ect ect. In order for there to be more A.L. related shorts…there needs to be a second season. This is not the election for the president of the U.S.A. you voice DOES matter. Not a lot of people give feedback on cable shows unless it is negative, so every single one of you who go on their FB page or any other message board and speak your mind MATTERS. I WOULD NOT BE WASTING MY TIME TYPING THIS IF I DIDN’T KNOW FOR A FACT IT WILL MATTER. Kapeesh?!

https://www.facebook.com/pages/TripTank/299774383471211

https://www.facebook.com/ComedyCentral

3- WHEN OUR SHORT APPEARS GET YOUR ASS ON THE INTERNET AT SCREAM ABOUT HOW GREAT IT WAS AND HOW STOKED YOU ARE THAT YOUR FAVORITE COMIC IN ON COMEDY CENTRAL.

IN CASE YOU MISSED PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS Modified Arsenic Lullaby story to appear in Comedy Central’s Trip Tank …and that’s the facts Jack If this caught you flat-footed then you missed the previous Blog leading up to this announcement, you can find that at this link http://arseniclullabies.com/wordpress/?p=943 The only new… Continue reading

[5
![""]("http://arseniclullabies.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/TT-window-logo-1121131.jpg" ""TT"){kind=logo}
